Prepaid Reward Mastercard® Terms and Conditions
1. This offer entitles a qualifying customer to claim either a £100 or £200 Prepaid Reward Mastercard® via the reward site; www.lgreward.com by submitting a claim form and proof of purchase, 28 days or more after purchase, for a qualifying TV purchase at participating retailers between 03.04.24 and 12.05.24. £200 Prepaid Reward Mastercard applied to TV purchases of £2,000 or more. £100 Prepaid Reward Mastercard® applied to TV purchases of £1,000 or more (up to £1,999.99).
2. Claims may only be submitted by the end user customer. Claims made by Participating Retailers, other resellers and/or their staff on behalf of the end user are specifically excluded and any such Claims will be automatically rejected.
3. Valid claims can only be submitted 28 days or more after purchase and no later than 30.06.24 via the dedicated reward site.
4. Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter. Sales staff at the Participating Retailers are eligible to participate so long as they have not received a staff discount on the Promotion Product.
5. Successfully submitted claims will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of their claim with successful customers receiving their Prepaid Reward Mastercard® in the post within 21 days of their submission date. Customers submitting an invalid claim will be contacted within 5 working days of receipt of their claim with a request for additional information/clarification, or to be advised that their claim is invalid.
6. Participating customers must be from a UK household only.
7. By participating in this Promotion the details you provide on the online claim form will be processed by intermediaries (Grace & Courage Ltd and Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited trading as B4B Payments) to issue the £100 or £200 Prepaid Reward Mastercard®, and the information given will be checked by B4B Payments to confirm the identity of the claimant.
8. Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to fulfil your Prepaid Reward Mastercard®. Please note, date of birth is only required for the activation of the Prepaid Reward Mastercard®. Your data will be kept secure and will not be used for any other purpose. Personal data will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling your Prepaid Reward Mastercard® and will be securely deleted by Grace and Courage Ltd 12 months after fulfilment completion.
9. The £100 or £200 Prepaid Reward Mastercard® will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. Any unused funds remaining on the card after this period will be lost. The Prepaid Fuel Card has no fees attached to it, simply destroy and discard your card once you have used the monies loaded on it.
10. In the event of the value available on the Prepaid Reward Mastercard® being insufficient to cover the value of your purchase, you will need to pay the difference by other means FIRST (e.g., cheque, cash, debit or credit card), then use your Prepaid Reward Mastercard® to pay the remaining balance, where possible.
11. The Prepaid Reward Mastercard® is valid for use in-store or online (provided they accept Mastercard). Your Prepaid Reward Mastercard® cannot, under any circumstances, be used to withdraw cash via cashback and cannot be used for cash withdrawals via ATM.
12. The promoter reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or to withdraw the promotion at any time.
13. By participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you follow steps outlined in clause 7 then there is no further obligation.
14. The Prepaid Reward Mastercard® is issued by Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited trading as B4B Payments, who are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to conduct electronic money service activities under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 with Firm Reference number 930619; pursuant to license from Mastercard International. Mastercard® is a registered trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated.
15. Entry into this promotional offer cannot be in conjunction with any other offer. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or late claims will not be accepted. The promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The promoter’s decision is final.
16. The Prepaid Reward Mastercard® is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. In the event an issued Prepaid Reward Mastercard® is lost or stolen a replacement card cannot be issued.
17. The Prepaid Reward Mastercard® is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
18. Any Prepaid Reward Mastercard® issued to subsequently cancelled orders, will be invalid and cancelled.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to: Delay, postpone, cancel or terminate early the Promotion; Replace the Promotion with a similar or lesser offer (as determined by the Promoter), in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so. If the Promotor exercises these rights, it will make available another offer on similar terms to the Promotion.
20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

22. The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are subject to English law. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes.
