Uber Eats Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. This offer entitles a qualifying customer to claim either a £50, £75 or £100 Uber Eats voucher via the reward site; www.lgreward.com by submitting a claim form and proof of purchase, for a qualifying TV purchase at participating retailers between 30.12.24 and 19.01.25.
2. Claims may only be submitted by the end user customer. Claims made by Participating Retailers, other resellers and/or their staff on behalf of the end user are specifically excluded and any such Claims will be automatically rejected.
3. Valid claims must be submitted no later than 28.02.25 via the dedicated reward site. Claims submitted after this date will be deemed invalid and not processed.
4. Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter. Sales staff at the Participating Retailers are eligible to participate so long as they have not received a staff discount on the Promotion Product.
5. Successfully submitted claims will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of their claim with customers receiving an email with their Uber Eats voucher and how to use instructions. Customers submitting an invalid claim will be contacted within 10 working days of receipt of their claim with a request for additional information/clarification.
6. The Uber Eats voucher can be added as a credit in your Uber Eats account (new customers are required to register) and then redeemed for orders placed via the Uber Eats app or online for part or full payment of goods.
7. Participating customers must be from a UK household only.
8. The promoter accepts no liability for a lost or stolen Uber Eats voucher.
9. The promoter and issuer reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or discontinue the voucher at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. The Uber Eats voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
11. The Uber Eats voucher holds no cash value and is not for sale or re-sale. Cash value 0.001p.
12. Qualifying customers must add (to their Uber Eats account) and use their Uber Eats voucher credit by 31.03.25. Any credit that has not been spent by this expiry date will be lost.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to: Delay, postpone, cancel or terminate early the Promotion; Replace the Promotion with a similar or lesser offer (as determined by the Promoter), in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so. If the Promotor exercises these rights it will make available another offer on similar terms to the Promotion.
14. The promoter and its agents cannot be held responsible for the quality of products, service or featured dishes availability on Uber Eats. Check the Uber Eats app for availability of deliveries and restaurants.

16. Any persons taking advantage of this offer does so on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
18. For the avoidance of doubt, Uber Technologies Inc. and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees (“Uber”) will have no liability or responsibility of any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. By entering this promotion, you acknowledge and accept that the Promoter is the sole promoter in relation to the promotion and that Uber have not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way.
