1. Complete the claim form ensuring all required fields are completed
2. Upload your Proof of Purchase (see FAQ’s)
3. Read and accept the promotional Terms and Conditions
4. Click submit, and you’ll receive a submission confirmation email and reference number. Once your claim is validated your Prepaid Reward Mastercard® will be sent to the address provided within 21 days.
5. NB: in some instances, we may contact you (via email) to request additional proof of purchase details. Additionally, if your claim is deemed to be invalided you will be advised via email within 21 days.
6. Please note, you can only submit your claim 28 days or more after your purchase date. Claim submitted within 28 days of purchase will be rejected.
